为深化中外青年学术友谊和交流互鉴，搭建世界青年科研人才交流平台，国家留学基金管理委员会设立实施中国政府奖学金短期科研交流项目（英文简称China Link）。
In order to deepen the academic friendship and mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign young generations, and to build a platform for the international exchanges and cooperation of young talents, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) has established the China Link Scholarship Program for international students and faculties hoping to engage in academic and research activities in China.

资助计划 Program Scheme
① 资助类别 Funding Categories
普通进修生：适用于在校本科生、硕士研究生申请。高级进修生：适用于在校博士研究生、教职人员申请。
General scholar: applicable to current undergraduates or master students.Senior scholar: applicable to current Ph.D students or faculties.
② 资助期限 Duration
1-12个月，来华起始时间不晚于2025年8月31日。1-12 months, start study in China no later than August 31, 2025.
③ 授课语言 Working Language
英文或中文，具体以北京林业大学大学专业设置为准。
English or Chinese, depending on the program provided by Beijing Forestry University (BFU).
④ 资助领域 Study/Research Fields
除汉语言外，其他专业不限。
All disciplines other than Chinese language study.

资助内容 Funding
在华期间享受全额奖学金资助，包括免学费、免校内住宿费、综合医疗保险费；按照中国政府奖学金标准提供生活费，其中，普通进修生3000元人民币/月，高级进修生3500元人民币/月。Successful applicants will receive a full scholarship from CSC during their stay in China, including a tuition waiver, free on-campus accommodation, comprehensive medical insurance and a monthly stipend (CNY 3,000 for general scholars; CNY 3,500 for senior scholars).

申请条件 Eligibility
① 非中华人民共和国国籍，品学兼优，身心健康；
Be a citizen of a country other than the People's Republic of China, have good moral character and academic excellence and be in good health, both mentally and physically.
② 普通进修生申请人，年龄不超过45周岁；高级进修生申请人，年龄不超过50周岁；
Be under 45 years of age when applying for general scholars. Be under 50 years of age when applying for senior scholars.
③ 申请及参与项目期间，须为国家留学基金委国外合作院校全日制在读学生或教职员工，国外合作院校列表详见附件1；
Be registered as a full-time student or employed as a full-time academic staff at CSC's foreign partner universities at the time of application and throughout their proposed stay in China.For a list of CSC’s foreign partner universities, please refer to Appendix 1.
④ 已获北京林业大学出具的预录取通知书。
Have received either the admission notice issued by BFU.

申请流程 Application Process
1. 申请人须完成北京林业大学线上申请（https://bjfu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx），并上传所需材料，以便学校审核过后出具预录取通知书。（外国人体格检查表详见附件2，无犯罪记录承诺书模板见无犯罪记录承诺书）
Applicants should complete the BFU online application (https://bjfu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx), and upload all required documents in order to obtain the pre-admission letter. (Please see the Physical Examination Record in Appendix 2, and Non-Criminal Record Affirmation)
2. 申请人登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login）完成网上申请并上传相关材料，系统操作详见附件3。
Applicants should log into the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) to complete CSC online application and upload supporting documents. For the online application guide, please refer to Appendix 3.

3. 北京林业大学向国家留学基金委提交候选人名单的截止时间为2025年1月15日。
The deadline for BFU to nominate scholarship candidates to CSC is January 15, 2025.
4. 国家留学基金委将于2025年2月中旬反馈奖学金录取结果。
CSC will send scholarship admission results to BFU by middle of February, 2025.5.
5. 北京林业大学向申请人反馈录取结果并为申请人准备来华学习签证材料。
BFU will notify the scholarship admission results to applicants and prepare admission materials.
