The School of Grassland Science at Beijing Forestry University was established in November 2018 to address China’s strategic needs in grassland conservation, ecological restoration and sustainable management. Despite being the youngest school at BFU, the school encompasses four secondary disciplines: grassland science, turfgrass science, forage science and grassland protection. The school offers a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, and master’s and PhD degrees in grassland science.
