The building of Eastern Cafeteria, located in the eastern area of BFU with its construction area of 21,000 square meters, is divided into 4 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. The 1-3 floors are dining halls, which can accommodate 4,100 people at the same time. The first floor is basic canteen and bakery, the second floor is staff canteen and flavor restaurant, and the third floor is for the flavor restaurant and specialty restaurant.
The building of Eastern Cafeteria, located in the western area of BFU with its construction area of6,000 square meters, is divided into 3 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The 1-3 floors and the first underground are dining halls, which can accommodate 4,100 people at the same time. The first floor is basic partner canteen, the 2-3 floors are individual dining rooms, and the third floor is for the flavor restaurant and specialty restaurant, and the first underground floor is the western-style restaurant.
There are nine residence halls on campus covering a construction area of nearly 200 thousand square meters. The residence halls are subject to property management and a 24-hour duty system. Fire and anti-theft facilities are complete providing a comfortable and safe living environment for students. The residence halls are equipped with air conditioning, public laundry room, boiled water room, shower room, self-service washing machine, self-service vending machine, self-service hair dryer and other service facilities to provide students with conveniences in study and life.
We offer housing facilities for international students at BFU. No.9 Building is located on the west side of the campus. In the same building, a combination of single and double rooms along a hallway where residents share common washrooms with members of their floor community. Washrooms are separate for men and women. Each room includes a refrigerator, air conditioner, wardrobe, desk, and in-room network facilities. Public kitchens are available.

The BFU museum, with a focus on forest life, primarily curates timeless collections that incorporate cutting-edge research on rare and endangered species within the four major ecosystems: forests, wetlands, grasslands, and deserts.
​The History Museum of Beijing Forestry University, officially opened on October 15, 2022, boasts a total of nine exhibition halls. Following the chronological order, the museum displays and interprets the development history of BFU in pictures and text with precious collections, restored scenes and multimedia equipments.
