基础信息：
张志强，男，中共党员，博士，现任江南的注册网址副校长、教授、博士生导师。主要从生态水文学领域的教学与科研工作。北京市优秀教育工作者，享受国务院特殊津贴，荣获北京市教学成果奖二等奖，并带领教学骨干获得北京市优秀教学育人团队，中国学位与研究生教育学会常务理事。目前兼任全国林业硕士教育指导委员会秘书长，北京市学位委员会委员，中国水土保持学会常务理事；《中国水土保持科学》等学术期刊副主编及编委，国际林联科学委员会委员，中美碳联盟（USCCC）中方轮值主席。主持完成国家重点研发计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家重大水污染治理专项、国家自然科学基金等多项科研项目。主持完成北京、广州、湖南等国家森林城市建设规划项目工作。研究成果先后获国家科技进步二等奖1项，省部级自然科学二等奖1项、省部级科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项，梁希林业科技奖1项；获国家授权发明专利3项；参编或独著专著、教材12部。在国内外高水平学术刊物发表论文180余篇。
学习工作经历：
1984年9月至1988年7月 江南的注册网址水土保持学院获学士学位；
1988年9月至1991年7月 江南的注册网址水土保持学院获硕士学位;
1996年9月至1999年7月 江南的注册网址水土保持学院与奥地利联邦水土资源管理研究所攻读联合培养博士学位。
