Adminssion Overview
Whether just starting your journey toward a college education, pursuing a graduate or professional degree, or returning to school as an adult learner, being an International BFUer means much more than earning a world-class education—with it comes a community of resources that will set you on a path toward success.
Undergraduate
Applicants must
- be non-Chinese citizens between 18-30 years of age
- have received high school graduation certificate
- hold a valid passport
- be proficient in Chinese (HSK-4 or above)
Postgraduate
Applicants must
- be non-Chinese citizens
- be 18-35 years of age (master’s degree programs)
- be 18-40 years of age (doctoral degree programs)
- have an undergraduate degree (master’s degree programs) or a graduate degree (doctoral degree programs)
- hold a valid passport
- Be proficient in Chinese (HSK-4 or above) or English (IELTS with 6.0 or above, TOFEL with 79 or above, etc.)
Visiting Students
Applicants must
- be non-Chinese citizens above 18 years of age
- have received high school graduation certificate
- hold a valid passport
- be proficient in Chinese (HSK-4 or above) or English (IELTS with 6.0 or above, TOFEL with 79 or above, etc.)
Chinese Language Program
Applicants must
- be non-Chinese citizens between 18-60 years of age
- have received high school graduation certificate
- hold a valid passport
International Training
Applicants must
- be non-Chinese citizens above 18 years of age
- have received high school graduation certificate
- hold a valid passport
- be in good health
- be enrolled as a group
Exchange Program
Applicants must
- be non-Chinese citizens above 18 years of age
- current students in partner universities of Beijing Forestry University (See the List of Partner Universities)
- hold a valid passport
