The Selection of 2019-2020 ¡°Experience BFU¡± Outstanding Student Award was held

On November 12, the 2019-2020 "Experience BFU" outstanding international student online selection defense meeting was held. A total of 30 international students from 7 colleges participated in theonlineselection .

Experts from the Graduate School, the Academic Affairs Office, School of Forestry, School of Nature Conservation, School of Soil and Water Conservation, School of Economics and Management, School of Landscape Architecture, School of Materials and a Chinese teacher composed the selection committee. In addition, 19 students from 15 countries, including Asia, Africa and Oceania, formed the student selection jury and participated in the evaluation.

The students who participated in the selection were selected according to the order of Chinese language preparatory students, undergraduate students, master students and PhD students based on ordinary performance, participation in activities, academic achievements, personal morality, contribution and other aspects. After the heated competition, one Chinese preparatory student, two undergraduate students, five master students and four PhD students stood out and won in the end.

At the end of the selection, Zhang Deqiang, Director of the International Relations Office, made a summary speech, which fully encouraged and affirmed all the students participating in the evaluation, and encouraged them to experience China and experience BFU in the learning process, and make continuous efforts in all aspects of comprehensive development.

The purpose of the ¡°Experience BFU¡± outstanding student award is to encourage international students to strive for good results. This selection is not only a good way to promote excellence through competition but also an effective measure to enhance mutual learning and exchange between schools and international students
