Beijing Forestry University(BFU)'s School of Foreign Languages has partnered with Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP) to launch the BFU-FLTRP Global Communication Talent Development Initiative.This innovative industry-education initiative aims to enhance students' language skills and practical competencies for international communication careers.

The program launch brought together faculty and student representatives from the English and Japanese departments for a seminar exploring implementation strategies. Participants engaged in productive discussions about curriculum development and industry collaboration opportunities.

The Dean highlighted the program's mission to cultivate professionals who can meet China's growing needs in international communication. "True language proficiency must extend beyond grammar to effectively convey China's stories globally," she emphasized, citing strategic corporate partnerships that offer hands-on experience in cross-cultural media. She encouraged students to fully embrace this unique opportunity to develop career-defining competencies.

The FLTRP project leader outlined the program's comprehensive framework, implementation roadmap, and curriculum structure. "We are committed to providing end-to-end support throughout students' internship and practicum experiences," she emphasized.
