濒危野生动物(兽类、鸟类为主)保护遗传学和分子生态学、疫源疫病方面的研究。主要研究种群遗传多样性、遗传结构、基因流、交配模式、抗病能力、适应性进化等问题,从遗传的角度为濒危野生动物种群健康和持续发展提供科学的理论依据。目前研究的物种主要是我国特有的一级保护动物金丝猴,包括川金丝猴和黔金丝猴的遗传背景、近亲繁殖避免有效机制、抗病能力检测等、/span>
