植物周期性生长发育的调控机制


主要研究成果

  *多年生(木本)植物如何感应外界环境的变化:杨树如何感应短日照,并调节其生长和发育的分子基础。

1.全基因组芯片和代谢组学分析

  2.获得不同日照条件下的转录和代谢网络

  3.确定了一组与生长和休眠相关的关键调节因子的候选基因

  4.进一步用RNAi和基因编辑技术分析这些候选基因

  *探究植物细胞伸长的调节机制:草本植物拟南芥细胞延伸和细胞壁重塑的关键调节因子。

 1.细胞分裂和细胞扩增的速率

  2.细胞壁重塑过程中纤维素,半纤维素和果胶的变化

  3.细胞壁组分和蛋白质是如何传递到细胞壁扩张的特定位置

  *多年生植物生长停止和休眠的分子基础:短日照诱导的生长停止和休眠的分子机制。

 1.短日照调节生长停止的信号分子

  2.植物是如何建立、启动休眠机制

  3.较为寒冷的温度对于植物从休眠中复苏是至关重要的

  4.一旦释放休眠,植物将开始新的增长
