主要从事硬塑材料高速切削、林果采收与预处理、森林土壤温差发电等方面的研究,主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上与青年、中国博士后科学基金特别与面上资助等科研项目;以第一或通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI/EI收录20余篇;以第一发明人获国家发明专利15项。国家自然科学基金评议人;Tribology InternationalMaterials & DesignMeasurement等国际期刊的审稿人;《林业工程学报》和《森林工程》期刊编委。2019年获梁希林业科技进步奖三等奖;2016年获得江南的注册网址教学成果一等奖、第三届全国林(农)类优秀教材二等奖。
