何晓青,教授,博导,担任微生物组与生物信息交叉学科高起点期刊iMeta青年编委及期刊International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health的客座编辑,为New phytologist、Chemosphere、Science of the total environment 、Journal of Environmental Sciences、环境科学学报等学术期刊担任审稿人。近年来,在国内重要学术期刊上已发表论文30 余篇,其中发表在Nature communications、Science of the total environment、npj biofilms and microbiomes、Frontier in microbiology、Frontier in plant science等SCI期刊?0余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等。主讲《微生物学?双语)、《微生物生态学》等课程。指导大学生获国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目支持,以及北京市大学生生物学竞赛实验设计三等奖等。为CCTV科教频道《解码科技史》录制节目、/td>

  • 植物与微生物组的互作机制(微生物如何影响宿主健康(/span>

network mapping)等关联分析方法,全基因组角度挖掘塑造植物微生物组的植物枢纽基因, 筛选关键微生物类群并解析微生物组对植物表型形成的贡献,量化植物-微生物组的相互影响,探究植物与微生物组互作调控机? 系统地研究微生物组在植物抗病、营养吸收、生长发育等过程中的功能和作用、/span>

  • 微生物群落构建机制及功能调控(微生物如何维持生态功能)

建立了研究不同生态系统(山水林田湖草沙)中微生物群落构建机制的方法体系(微生物结构及多样性、共发生网络模式、群落组装机制、功能潜力等)。探究不同生态系统微生物多样性产生和维持的机制,解析微生物的环境适应性规律,揭示核心微生物的关键态系统功能,阐明网络复杂度决定微生物功能发挥的机制。拟拓展对微生物群落形成和适应性规律的认识,为微生物群落构建与功能调控提供理论依据与途径、/span>

  • 合成微生物菌群(SynComs)及生态修夌/span>

利用上述成果,应用合成菌群改善根际微生物组并促进植物健康;并针对水体常见问题(黑臭、水华、青苔),利用微生物对水体的净化作用,研发了系列净水制剂。在污染水体中使用特定的微生物菌剂,配合生态工法设计和水生植物栽植,形成以微生物菌剂为核心的水下生态修复及水体生态系统构建技术。操作简单,成本低廉,效果明显,配合水生植物栽植,模拟自然的驳岸,既能保证水体水质,也能营造良好的景观效果
