张曦,博士,男,汉族?986?月生,甘肃天水人。细胞生物学学科讲师,硕士研究生导师、/p>

研究方向

植物细胞与树木发育学、树木生命活动多模态跨尺度成像与分析、植物氮素摄取与根系形态建成、植物膜蛋白参与调控发育与逆境
近年来,依托主持的国家自然科学基金等项目支持,基于国内外学术前沿,结合高精尖成像技术、细胞生物学和高通量多组学技术等多学科交叉手段,主要开展树木生长发育、生命活动和种子生理与结构研究。先后主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、博士后基金面上项目和中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金各一项,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目以及科技创新2030—重大项目等。第一或共一作者在《Trends in Plant Science》、《Plant Physiology》、《Genome Biology》、《Science China-Life Sciences》、《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》、《Plant Methods》等发表论文,并参与在《Molecular Plant》、《Development》、《Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences》等SCI学术期刊发表论文10余篇,为多篇杂志绘制与提供封面,担任Journal of plant physiology、Trees structure and function和Plant methods等顾问编辑和审稿专家、/p>
